Tastes just like a chocolate peanut butter cup! It’s like dessert for breakfast and, thanks to the protein, will help keep you full until lunch.


Ingredients

1 tbsp
peanut or almond butter
12 cup
water

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass or take it with you in a Shaker.
Tips

Make it a Smoothie Bowl: Simply pour into a bowl and top with fruit.

If using Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend, add in 1 tbsp cocoa for the chocolate flavour.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 12 cup fresh berries and 1 slice multigrain bread.
